How to replace a PlaceHolderText with [PlainText]/[Merged field]/[new Template.doc]?

Hi there,
I am evaluating TX Text Control .NET Server.
So far a haven't found a good example how to open a template.doc and do the following tasks:

- Seach a plain text[Placeholder] and replace with some Text .
- Seach a plain text[Placeholder] and insert here a marged field
- Seach a plain text[Placeholder] or [marged field] and merge in this place a new template2.doc
Is it possible to do this?
I will appreciate if you can provide me an example with this functionality.
