Table Headers

Another feature often requested is the ability to identify the top row of a table as a Header row. Then, when ever the table splits across pages, the header would automatically be displayed at the top of the table on the second page.

Fully subscribe to this request, it would really be great to have such a useful feature. We're currently stuck on this matter, if anyone know a trick to do it...
