plz help me to use the "Select Region of Interest" and Zooming option in my vc++ program

For using the ROI filter, you may have a look at following link:

But I suppose the Scroll and Zoom sample matches more to your requirements:

I need another help.

I am using saveToFileBMP() to save a image to file.

Is there any option to add Current Date, Current Time & my own text on that top of the image (like options in ordinary digital camera

and i attached a sample image.

Yes, there is an option: The OverlayBitmap object of IC ImagingControl.
