Auto Iris

Hi,

I want try to use DC auto-iris lens with DFK 41AF02 camera. Is there any way to trick IC Imaging Control so it would assume that auto iris is actually available? My thought is that in this case I could read IC.iris values and somehow convert them into DC voltage for the iris using external Digital-Analog converter. Is there any regular way to use auto-iris lenses with DFK 41AF02 camera?

Hi Odissey1,

I am very sorry, but there is no trick for the DFK 41AF02 available to control auto iris of an external lens. The DFK 41AF02-Z allows to control iris with the built-in zoom lens.

I can't find any info on DFK 41AF02-Z camera on your web. Where to get documentation/datasheet on that camera (DFK 41BF02-Z if available)?
