wizards for Visual C++ express edition

At the moment I'm evaluating the Monti Vision software.
Does exist a wizard to create DLLs for new filters in "Visual C++ Express Edition" ?
Does exist a filter to convert an image from Bayer (B/N) format to RGB ?

please find a zipped Wizard for Visual C++ 2005 attached to this post. The archive includes install.txt which explains the steps to install the wizard on your system.
