Duration of the strobe signal

Hi,

I'm using the DMK 31BF03 camera and I'm trying to use the strobe signal. As far I understand your document titled 'Using the trigger and the digital I/Os', I expect that the length of the strobe signal equals the exposure time. But regardless the exposure set, the strobe duration is approx 33 microseconds - measured by the oscilloscope. And why is not possible to change the strobe's polarity even if the Polarity property seems to be available?

The strobe duration can not be changed. It is a determined value.

The strobe polarity is available as property, but it is not working in the cameras until now.
