multi file writer

Hello,

I'm very interested in the multi file writer for network cameras talked about in this thread:

I'm developing an application for network cameras that is planned for release in April of 2007. Will these filters be available within this time frame? Are there any other tools in this area in progress?

Also, I'd like to add custom header information to the video files, like author, date, and other information. Do any of your interfaces or planned development handle this case?

Hi Andy,

The MPEG Multi File Writer makes sense when being used with the MV Streaming Source filter which we are currently developing as it accepts MPEG 1/2/4 as input. It does not handle uncompressed video or MJPEG.
