pixel in imagedata

hello sir,
with ic-2.0 i am geting imagedata in horizontal line.
i found problem that
frist do i memery get.imagedata then
i measure color velue for single pixel for each pixel in each horizonatal line.
once i get color velue for each pixel on preview form then again i check with same condition at that time i found some difernce in color velue for some important pixel.
please send me repaly what should be behind for this result

Hello,

There is any time a noise in the image, so even if you photograph the same image, the images differs a little bit. This is normal. If you want to find changes from one image to the next, you should define a threshold for the pixel differences between the images.
