DFx 31BF03

Hi guys,

I've been encountering some strange pictures from our DFx 31BF03 on 1024x768. Below is what the pictures are turning out as:

I've double checked our code with the DFx 21AF04 (obviously only 640x480), but also our two Sony DFW-X710's on 1024x768 for a closer apples to apples comparison, and this issue never happens. I've reinstalled the newest driver from the website for the 31BF03 and no dice. Is our camera faulty? Any ideas?

Whoops sorry about that. I didn't notice the attach file option, just thought you could only accept links to pictures. This is the picture I was talking about.

Hello Jeff,

this is a problem of data transfer between FireWire and memory through DMA. Some computers have these problems. You can try to fix them by updating all drivers and may be the BIOS on your computer.
Some computer manufacturers have these problems in their computers and in this case you should ask the support of your computers manufacturer. (I will not name these manufacturer in public, for more information you should ask me through support@imagingcontrol.com)
