i downlaoded the driver that u mentioned in ur reply from ur site... it working fine but in the window of icimaging control its show a text "unregistered trial version " as overlay...what is this....is it require to buy licence for it...i have the icimaging control 3.0 as licence version.

Hello Dinesh,

That means, that you have downloaded our trial driver. It took a lot of time to create this driver, so the non trial version of this driver can only be purchased. You should place an order for our driver if you want to use it.
The driver comes for free, if the SONY DCam camera was purchased at The Imaging Source.
