Compare digital videos

Hello,

I want to use the "MV Absolute Difference filter" to compare two digital streams. To decode the streams I'm using InterVideo Video Decoder. Unfortunately it is not possible to render the filter withe the difference filter. The video out pin of the InterVideo filter seems to use the VideoInfoHeader2 structure - could this be the problem ? Any suggestions ?

Hi Andreas,

Yes, the absolute difference filter supports only VIDEOINFOHEADER format. We could add support for VIDEOINFOHEADER2. Please contact support@montivision.com.

Andreas,

the InterVideo Decoder does only support YUV output formats and is therefore not compatible with MV Absolute Difference. Our newMV YUV to RGB conversion filter is able to do the conversion, i sent it to you by eMail.
