How to use a calibFilter?

Hello,

i want to calibrate a usb or firewire camera, for some augmented applications. I saw a calibFilter in "change filter category", but i don´t no how to use it.
Or are there any other methods to calibrate a camera?

okay here more information, i compiled the calibFilter from openCV an register this filter, after this i copy the filte into the filter directory. now i can add the calibFilter. but how to use it correctly!
any help?

I'm fighting with the same problem, and after loosing 2 and a half days with SDK, my brain could use the rest.
