take two images after trigger

Hi!

I need to get two images after the Sony camera got a trigger TTL.

These images should be as close as possible in time.

The second MemorySnapImage-Call takes a picture after a delay of 0.5 to 2 sec !!

Is there a possibility to take two pictures very fast or at least have a constant delay?


I also tried with MemorySnapImageSequence, but than i need two TTL-Trigger, witch is not feasible.

And as alsways:
Please answer soon, I'm under deadline pressure.

Despite it is Visual Basic, it is the same question.

You only need two Imaging Controls in your form and two ImageAvaialable handlers.

I have a sightly different problem. I do only have one Trigger-Puls and one camera to take two shots.

So i set the camera in triggermode, and call
MemorySnapImage after the call returns, i turn tiggermode off and call MemorySnapImage a second time.

Then i have a delay between the to pictures of at least 500 ms which is to much.

PS:
if you read 'witch' i almost always wanted to write 'which'.

Hello,

The delay normal, because to disable the trigger mode, the filtergraph must be stopped. After disabling the trigger, MemorySnapImage will rebuild the filtergraph, that will need the time as you describe.

Thus, you may should try to find another approach to your problem, such like to fire two trigger pulses.
