Does the montivision development kit cater for MPEG4 or MPEG2 i.e. can I capture video and write it to a MPEG4/2 file?

If so what components do I need for a filtergraph?

If not how can I incorporate MPEG4 MPEG2 decoders/encoders with a montivision filtergraph?

Hi,

The MV Development Kit contains no MPEG2/4 encoder/decoder. You have to use third party DirectShow filters for this task. Our Development Kit works with all DirectShow encoder/decoder filter. One problem maybe is the setup of the encoder filters. This depends on the used filter and your development enviroment.

Can you recommend a MPEg4/2 endcoder/decoder i.e. have you an example of the MDK working with third party DirectShow filters for this task.

My development environment is Delphi on Windows XP.
