Trigger Source

Hi!

I'm trying to use the MV Trigger Source Filter to make the frame rate lower. But when i put it in trigger mode I cannot modify de trigger time, I mean, when I push the trigger button nothing happens.

I've connected the capture device no the video in pin, and I don't know if I have to connect any filter to the trigger pin.

Hi,

the MV Trigger Source is meant as a replacement for a hardware trigger, means everytime you need a new frame from the camera, you trigger the filter.

Capture Source --> MV Trigger Source --> Renderer

The filter has to be in trigger mode. After you started the configuration, everytime you push the trigger (or call the interface method IMVTrigger::Trigger), you get a new frame from the video source.

This does not work with video files.
