frame rate

Hi.

I know that the standard frame rates for the camera DMK21F04 are 3.75, 7.5, 15, 30 Frames/sec. Is there any way I can set an arbitrary frame rate other than the standard ones? eg. 1, 5, 10, 20, 25/fps?
