I am still unable to get results. I have tried many combinations to get the code work as per my requirements.
since i am running short of time, is it possible for you to help me with a .dll file in c/c++ wherein i can import functions and get the required results or any other option you can suggest me with.

Hello Atul,

I am afraid, but my versions of motion dectection is not very resistent against camera noise and your lightning condition problems.
I also did not implement the algorithms suggested in the PDF document i sent to you.
