Standard Version?

I have been using the standard version 1.41 with my DMK 21F04 camera. My application is currently a hybrid of mostly .net C#, but with all the imaging calls using c++. I want to completely recode it more elegantly in c#. Therefore, I would like to upgrade to version 2 which supports .net. My question is if there is a free upgrade from the standard v1.41 to the standard v2.0? If it's free, then how do I download it? All I see is the demo version.
