Distributing My Application

Hello,
The documentation states that to distribute my app, I have to install the run time version of the MontiVision DK on the target system. Is it the same kit that I downloaded and used while developing my app?
I have licensed the version 2.1. Is the new version 2.2 an upgrade and I can use it with my existing license?

Hi,

Yes, it is the same kit. You can also create your own installation if you read the distribution section in the documentation. It is written there which files have to be distributed.

Version 2.2 is a free update for all existing MontiVision Development Kit licensees. Please send an eMail with the detailed company/contact information to sales@montivision.com to get the updated license file for free.
