Can I use Montivision DSK with PointGrey Research camera (Flea model) that claims its camera will work with third party software that is IEEE-1394 IIDC compliant.

Yes, if PointGrey Research offers a WDM Streaming (DirectX/DirectShow compatible) driver, then it works fine with our development kit.
