Video recording with Video1 codec

I'm thinking on buying the ActiveX, but I need to be sure that I can capture and save video in Video1 codec at full resolution 720x576, without dropping frames.
Is this possible?
I downloaded the trial version and tried. I think some frames were dropping?

Hello Freddie,

Every frame that is delivered from the video capture device iss passed through IC Imaging Control to the codec. IC Imaging Control has control about the codec dropping frames or not. The codec decides whether to drop a frame or not.
