Control of Sony DFW-V500 camera

Hi,

I'm researching a number of cameras to use in an application. The Sony DFW-V500, for example.

Questions:

1 - Supposedly, that camera does not come with any drivers. When plugged into the Firewire port, how will the IC Imaging library recognize it?

2 - The camera has gain, sharpness and other parameters that can be controlled from the PC via the firewire connection. How do I use the IC Imaging C++ Library to control the camera?

Please have a look on the DCAMDEMOAPP sample, that shows how to control all DCam parameters with IC Imaging Control classlibrary. The sample comes with IC Imaging Control.
