I'm very new to the field of digital image processing, but I have been tasked with the project of automating some high-precision shape determination and measurement that until now has been handled by human operators manually measuring points onscreen with simple software.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any basic instructions on getting up and running in MotiVision-- how to configure the various filters, what the settings do, or a walkthrough for accomplishing a simple task. Does such documentation exist?

Actually we are right now preparing some desktop presentations to provide step by step tutorials for several tasks. We plan to have them finished in march, they'll be available for download then.

Unluckily not before the end of march, they'll be released with Version 1.2 of our developmnet kit.
