Camera recognition problem

Hi

I have two cameras (firewire tis dmk-21f04 and omnivision usb2) connected to my system (windows xp). When I run one of the IC Imaging Control 1.41 sample applications (graphic overlay sample C++), both cameras are recognized properly and available to select in the device settings dialog box.

Then to compare, I compiled and run the same project. This time it only recognized the firewire camera. What happend to the usb2 camera? What changes should I do to the source code, to have the project executable look for and find both cameras in the same way the equivalent sample application does?

with the DMK 21F04 come the IC Imaging Control standard for free. IC Imaging Control standard recognizes only the The Imaging Source hardware, not hardware of other manufacturers. IC Imaging Control professional will recognize all WDM stream class driver using video capture devices. The sample applications are compiled with IC Imaging Control professional.
