Capture image problem with dfg/1394 1e

I am evaluating this product and running into a few problems:

1) Everytime I capture the image, the Capture program crashes. It stops sending video feed. The samething happened when I used the sample VB program.

2) When using AMCAP and changing the video capture pin from RGB8 to RGB24, video feed stops.

Everytime it happens, I have reboot my computer in order to get it release the driver.

Our company is looking at integrating this product with tablet PC running XP. Our tablet PC has the following:

a) 1Ghz Transmeta, 256MB
b) touch screen.

Where can I obtain the latest service pack? We just received the evaluation recently. Dont know if we're getting the latest driver & software.

May be, this solves your problem. We did not test the driver on the the Transmeta processor.
