Interlaced Images

I recently downloaded the trail version, and am planning on buying the full version if I am able to solve this issue.

When I snap images, there are horizontal scan lines around all moving objects. I assume this is interlacing that I am seeing.

Does anyone have sample code that uses the MemoryGetImageData method, in order to de-interlace?

My setup:

VB6.0
Dell Inspiron with Firewire
Sony TRV27 DV Cam
