What is the advantage of using ActiveXServer version over standard .NET version encapsulated in ASP.NET ? Does it concern the perofrmance/concurrency issues or something else?

TX Text Control ActiveX Server runs on the server. It is not an editor like TX Text Control Professional, MS Word or Notepad, which lets the end-user type in text and apply formatting options via menus and dialog boxes. The TX Text Control .NET can be used in Windows Forms applications.

I work at a bank institution that is thinking on implementing your application. I was asked to evaluate your solution in terms of concurrency (multi threading) and other performance (including performance measures) related issues.
