fashion cam

I have bougt one of them "fashion Cam" (that's all) and went I try to use it as a web cam it says "cannot find VFW device" ..Could you help me telling me what's the problem is..is it my computer or the camera's problem.

Could you tell me, which programm you use, that shows the message "cannot find VFW device"?
IC Imaging Control does not work with VFW devices. Only WDM devices are supported.
