Can I use Lib VISSDK in Visual Studio.Net

I have a problem when using library VisSDK in VC++.Net, does it support in VC++.Net. And if yes, pls give me detail instructions to config.

And one more, whether I build an interface application in C# that uses lib VisSDK?

The VisSDK is a Microsoft product. I am sorry, but we are not
able to do
any support for this product.
