How can i Capture a AVi DV Tipe II file form a DV Cam via firewire with IcControl ?

Which codec must i use?

Hello,

We assume that the DV codec that comes with windows, is able to decode every DV stream that comes from a DV camera.
We do not know about a video stream format: "AVI DV Tipe II" that is output by a DV device.
