Is there a way to set an overlay rectangle video and crop from live video and be able to move the rectangle to desired area and resize the rectangle

Hello,

I am not sure I understood your question fully. What you can do with IC is the following:

You can define a rectangle, in which the part of the live video is visible that is enclosed by the rectangle. You can alter the size and position of the rectangle while the live video is running.

Please note that the size of the live image (and the width and height of the video written to an AVI file) is identical the actual selected video format (i.e. 640x480).
