Image positioning

I am currently evaluating the text control, and would like to know if it is possible to position images in a document much like you can do with word - i.e. place an image anywhere on a page by clicking on it and moving it. It would appear from the demo that if you insert an image as a character, it moves around with the text, and if you insert it as on object, you do not appear to be able to pick it up and move/resize it.

COuld anybody tell me if this is possible?

Mark the image and press ALT to move or size.
