Text control doesn't display image

We have purchased TxTextControl Version 9, SP5 Professional. We are migrating our old 16 bit Visual Writer Pro application to a 32 bit application. We are trying to import all our 16 bit generated *.TX files into the 32 bit application. We have no trouble importing the formatted documents except for the fact that we can't see bitmap images embedded in the file. The image area appears as a gray box.

Can anyone please tell us how to open the older *.TX file so that we can see the image in the 32 bit application with TxTextControl V9?
