TX Words sample

I am often asked if I can repeat my problem using the Tx Words sample. As I use a custom file format. The TX Words application appear to open the documents, but they are blank. It does not produce an error, just a blank document.

Is there another method that I can use?

I think what they are saying is to load your program and the sample program. cut and paste the screen to the sample program , save the file and then test the results with the sample program. Also you can add the custom file structure to the sample program to see if it works there.
