I have installed TextControl 10.0 on a NT4 Server (SP6).
When I try to export to PDF I get a DrWatson Error:

TXWords.exe
Exception: divide by Zero (0xc0000094), Address: 0x00ea4e96

When I try to eport to PDF through my program I get this RTE:

Run-time error '-2147417848 (80010108)':

Automation error
The object invoked has disconnected form its clients.

My program works on all the other machines which it has been installed on.

What is causing the error?

Hello Chris

Do you have a printer driver installed on this machine?

Hi Björn,

this error just appeared on one of our PCs, I think it must happen when using the loadfrommemory method to load an rtf file. Of course - it would be too easy otherwise - it does not happen on any of our development PCs.

Is there a solution or a workaround available?

The Textcontrol version used is 9.1. An HP Laserjet is installed on the affected PC, I tried to connect to install this printer on my PC as a network printer, but this does not seem to change anything.
